Each Client needs to have a patch test prior to the first treatment, this can be posted out. You also need to undergo initial medical screening, this can also be done via email or phone.
Phone consultations available if required (usually within 48 hours).
After medical screening and patch test have been completed, an appointment will be arranged.
A non refundable booking fee is taken to secure and hold your appointment.
The booking fee to secure the agreed appointment can be paid by cash in person, via credit card, invoice or via bank transfer; unfortunately we cannot accept cheques.
The Booking Fee is £20 for treatments to the value of up to £55; £50 for treatments to the value of up to £495; £100 for treatments to the value of up to £1,000 and £200 for treatments to the value of up to £2,500. The Booking Fee is required to secure and confirm your appointment at the time of the booking. The Booking Fee will go towards the total price of your treatment. The Booking Fee is non-refundable. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in less than 72 hours prior to the appointment time the original Booking Fee will NOT go towards the newly rescheduled treatment and a new booking fee has to be paid to reschedule. The Booking Fee is non-refundable if you, the Client fails to attend the appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be at the practitioner’s discretion to decide if you can go ahead with your treatment that day. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, you lose your Booking Fee and will need to reschedule your appointment for another date, as well as paying a new Booking Fee towards the new appointment reservation. Please note, every time you are late to your appointment it affects the rest of the appointment times after yours, please be respectful and stay professional.
Appointments cancelled with less then 72 hours notice incur a new booking fee, cancelled with less than 48 hours notice incur 50% charge of the appointment cost and requires a new booking fee, cancelled with less than 24 hours notice incur the full appointment cost and a new booking fee.
All treatment visits always start with a consultation. A consultation is an informal chat designed to put you at ease and to give you an opportunity to discuss your desired outcome and ask any questions you may have.
If you are not sure about the procedure and only wish to attend an advanced consultation without a treatment immediately thereafter, please arrange a 30 minute appointment (£25) for Microblading & Permanent Makeup or for Scalp procedures & Medical Tattooing . You can then decide if you wish to go ahead with your discussed treatment at a future date. The £25 consultation fee will be charged at the time of booking and is redeemable from your procedure cost if the procedure is carried out within 4 months of the consultation.
Telephone or Skype consultations are possible and can be arranged free of charge.
Retouch After Treatment
Every treatment is followed by a free retouch or perfecting appointment (microblading & semi-permanent makeup after 1 session scalp after 2 sessions) The free retouch is already included in the price of the treatment and has no cash value if cancelled or not needed. The retouch needs to be completed within 12 weeks of your initial appointment. It is the clients responsibility to arrange the appointment. If the retouch appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours notice a new booking fee will be taken. There is NO retouch after a ‘Colour Boost’ (this means one appointment only).
Prices are subject to change and can be changed at any time.
